RESEÑA:David Norris, un carismático congresista destinado a ser toda una eminencia dentro de la política nacional, conoce a una guapa bailarina de ballet llamada Elise Sellas, quien en extrañas circunstancias provocará la chispa que podríamos decir causará el caos en su vida. Norris descubrirá entonces que hay fuerzas (posiblemente sobrenaturales) que intentan mantenerles separados, y tratará de descubrir por qué.CRITICA: ¿Cómo podríamos catalogar a The Adjustment Bureau? Una mezcla entre cualquier cinta romántica y Matrix, el resultado esuna película que te atrapa por su ingenioso guion y una historia de amor atípica.Creo que lo dije todo ya en las primeras oraciones pero les voy a contar brevemente porque tienen que ver esta película (si es que todavía no la han visto). The Adjustment Bureau es una idea de George Nolfi, escrita y dirigida, un guionista que hace bastante bien su trabajo ya que escribió ‘’La Gran Estafa’’, El Centinela o El Utimatum de Bourne, esta fue su primera incursión como director y el resultado es bastante satisfactorio. Nolfi imprime a la película un gran ritmo teniendo como base un guion ingenioso, sabe sacarle partido a este y a los personajes principales, sabe darle la carga emocional justa y las pizcas de romantisismo pero sin perder la línea en ningún instante, el balance entre los momentos más ‘’movidos’’ y el idilio entre los personajes está bien plasmado en pantalla.De Matt Damon y Emiliy Blunt poco hay que decir, son actores de primera y así lo demuestran en este film interpretando a personajes creíbles, aunque la química entre ellos no es la mejor que van a ver en su vida pero no se ven mal juntos y eso es lo que cuenta. La Inglesa Emily Blunt es una de las actrices jóvenes más versátiles de la actualidad, te puede hacer una comedia, un drama, una película romántica, ciencia ficción, un thriller de acción o un film de terror y todo le sale bien…si tienen un tiempo repasen toda su filmografía y van a ver que hizo prácticamente de todo.El final de la película, como no podría ser de otra manera, es un mensaje bastante grandilocuente pero que tiene mucho de razón, The Adjustment Bureau no podía terminar de otra manera y la verdad es que deja muy buenas sensaciones.Defecto no hay prácticamente ninguno, uno podría imaginar algunas cosas que hubiesen sido diferentes, cambiar aquí y allá, el único pequeño reproche que se le puede encontrar es que quizás falto algo más de conexión entre Damon y Blunt pero más allá de eso, un film MUY recomendable.Un saludo para todos y que la disfruten.
